Omadi Lodge #5, A.F. & A.M. is located at 124 East 19th Street in South Sioux City, NE.
    
The building also hosts Laura Chapter 301, Order of Eastern Star and Lynn Broyhill Assembly #12 of the International Order of Rainbow for Girls. 
    
The lodge meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:30 PM. Star meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7:30 PM. Rainbow meets on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 7:00 PM.
